Okay So Its The Beginning Of The New Year! This Is Where My 7 Month Plan Actually Kicks Off. On Netflix Today i Found a Salsa Cardio Workout And It's super fun. It Gets a little tricky when they go fast But It's a great workout and they play music that really makes you want to get up and dance! Lol. I Will Be A Healthy Weight.
