I made the challenge of 10 lbs. from 209, but I missed my goal of 190 by New Years. I splurged and paid no attention for 3 days at Christmas when I was at 191.8. Time to add exercise to the plan.
194.6 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
