OK. Today is January 2nd. I read more in my Atkins Advantage book and realized that I haven't been doing this thing exactly right. I have been eating more than the recommended amounts of the acceptable items. So starting today I am going to follow the meal plans in the Atkins Advantage book so that I can more closely track my carb grams. Even so, I lost about 7 pounds my first week!! WooHoo!!!!!!

Hi, just wanted to say way to go! And lots of support to you in your journey. I have been living Atkins way for 2-1/2 years now. It is great. And you are so right, you have to follow to a T. I will say not to ever feel hungry ever... In the beginning it will take more to fill you up then in a matter of no time you will be fill full quicker. Congrats on the weight loss of 7 pounds! YAY!
