Did 2 days of Wii Active 2, and although my legs are sore, I am looking forward to doing day 3 today! I am glad to have started working out again. I am really enjoying the active 2, as it is definitely more intense than the original active, and this one has more core workouts-- especially abs! I nearly died doing the ab workout yesterday. lol

I had green tea for breakfast instead of my usual coffee. I'm going to start drinking tea more often, as I look forward to drinking something hot, and not necessarily fixated on coffee. I'm not going to completely give up coffee, but want to drink tea more often.
142.7 lb Lost so far: 32.3 lb.    Still to go: 22.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
