Put your scale in the closet stick to your diet, go to the gym and know in your mind that in 30 days if you do these things great results have to happen. Being a gym rat I think body fat percentage is the best thing to track. I hardly ever weigh in. I get my bf done once a month. The scale doesn't always tell the whole truth. Good luck!

Document everything you eat. That will help keep you on track. Then when you see your calories are up, time to start adjusting your diet. And a good exercise program.

Regular weigh ins! It feels really good to see the numbers go down its the best motivation. Or pick an event in the near future that you want to look really good for!

Take one day at a time...this is a process that takes precious time! Stay positive...so what the scale says "whatever"...there is always tomorrow. Most importantly NEVER, EVER GIVE UP! Praying for your weight loss success and mine! :-)
