Well it took every ounce of my being but I did super good yesterday! Stayed away from the sweets (which was super hard cause the family brought a lot of good desserts!) and didn't snack on anything plus still stayed with water as a drink. Really didn't eat too much for lunch.. just enough to make me full and I was pretty much good to go. Was SO exhausted and tired when I got home last night so sure didn't take long for me or the kids to konk out and actually slept for a full 8 hours.. felt good! Today the kids super cleaned their rooms plus the bathroom as I did a good scrub down on the kitchen---- floor swept and mopped, counter and breakfast bar wiped down. Also got laundry room and hallway that leads to the back door swept and mopped. It was a nice little work out. Just now realized that if I can get through the last week due holidays then there is nothing I cant over come and say no to or at least don't go overboard on. :) Feeling really good with my progress right now. 2 more weeks and my fiancé will be here.. really cant wait and hope he likes on what he sees when he gets here. Have worked SO hard to lose that 20 lbs in 5 months and I just feel so proud and pleased with myself for getting here and it is not often that I get to feel like that.
