December has been pure food fun :D ! (and the pants show it). Starting the 3rd I will start my regimen again. 1200 to 1600 Cals/day following Zone proportions. Continue Crossfit 5/wk. Do NOT deny any craving, Learn to control amount - it's al psychological :P.

Must lose 12-15 lbs of fat in 3 months (13 wks)
= About 1 lb/ wk
