Much easier day today, I made a delicious protein shake after sleeping in the bed for the first time since surgery last night. Oh man what a good sleep! Following the rule about not drinking 30 minutes before a meal and 30 minutes after definitely has a profound effect on how much you can eat. Feel free to try it and let me know how it works for you!
