The holidays really do reek havoc on the diet. You can't help but eat. Beginning of the year will be the starting point, but at least where I can, I workout and eat good, where I can't, I simply am limiting my portions. No biggie, I will be leaning on FS and the community very closely during the first month back on 20 or less Carbs.. I'm going to need all the help I can get.....
