Find your rdi and document your food in your diary. All of it. Be honest with yourself. Also find an exercise program you'll enjoy and not dread.

I know I can take it off again... its just I have to keep off the progress I make 6 months from now. Once I have lost the large percentage of the weight and I am losing 2-4 pounds a month I have a very difficult time being motivated

Then learn how to eat healthy. And it becomes normal to you. Most of us here have been where you are and have made life changes. Yeah, I blew it this holiday, but am back on track. That's the only way to do it. The constant yo-yo of weight loss accomplishes nothing. Reprogram your brain. It can be done. Check out KingKeld. 160lbs. down. He's an inspiration for many of us. Lots of our ladies have done the same thing. Fullabella lost 100lbs. It is doable. If you really want it.

I'm not saying you can't. But why brag you do it every year? Why not get fit and stay that way. The constant dieting is not healthy. No offense meant, however, having been on this journey for over 2 years and lost 75 lbs, I refuse to regain it and have to go through the insanity of dieting like this for the rest of my life. http://www.totalhealthinstitute.com/articles-research/constant-dieting-can-be-harmful-to-your-health/

I came across this... ClassicRocker, I appreciate the mention. Underdogga, the motivation usually kicks in once you take the first steps to progress. Why lose the same weight over and over again? Why not just lose it, and keep it off? Why not simply get lined up to be healther, burn more calories, and make all of it easier? The tools are right here for you to use. :) Still, if one is not motivated, one can't be moved. The ball is on your half of the field. Kick it where you'd like it to go. :)
