Once you get in the habit of doing this daily, it seems odd NOT to come here...if you are away from the computer access during the day just jot things on a piece of paper in your pocket or a yellow sticky! It really does help to motivate you!!! Stick to it, it works. I've lost 22 pounds but am plateaued right now so having to keep myself motivated, without fatsecret! I couldn't do it! Hang in there!
