4 days left until my weight loss journey comes to an end and I begin my journey to gain lean muscle mass to replace the 30 pounds of fat that I spent the last 6 months losing. Tomorrow is my final weigh-in, I don't think I will make my final 170 lb goal, but I should be pretty close! progress photos will follow. Merry Christmas and happy new year everyone, hopefully you are well on your way to your goals as well!!!

same here! Best of luck, and maybe you will actually meet your 170lb goal :) I dont think I'll be meeting my 52kgs target, I doubt I'll even make it to 55kgs by new years eve, but thank God- for the rest of the weight loss! And being healthy :)

Biggest thing that we need to do now is stick to the lifestyle, meeting our goals (or getting close) doesnt mean that we start eating unhealthy and stop exercising!!!

WTG, Chad!!! That's so FANTASTIC! You really rocked it. You may not hit that goal by tomorrow, but you basically got there. I did make my goal to get to 225 by the end of the year. Wow it feels good. Good luck on the lean-muscle-mass phase! You're going to knock that one out of the park too.

I completely agree with you. Its a lot easier for me to keep up with gym than to eat healthy though :(
