Ok, decided a change was needed, I have been doing Atkins for a year now and loved every minute of it, but for some reason since my brother was killed in Afghanistan in September, I have not been able to lose any weight, in fact I have gained a lot of what I lost back. So I am making a switch to Weight Watchers to see if that can kick start my weight loss again. Looking forward to seeing the results.

Diet Calendar Entry for 27 December 2010:

ALee, I am so sorry that you are struggling, but please know that stress, grief, and mental anguish can definately affect your weight loss! Good luck with your new endeavor...I hope that it is successful, and I wish for you peace in the coming year!
