The fluctuations continue! Supposedly up 1.6 from yesterday, which is about what I expected, since I hadn't lost 3 pounds just from Friday night.

Not sure how I ended up doing on Xmas - I think I kept it in check, but I was grazing on veggies, fruits, and nuts a lot of the day. Probably took in less than I burned, but it was close either way....
165.2 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
