Restart. Not specifically over the holidays, but definitely over the next twelve months.
I liked how I felt physically when eating low carb, so I will be trying that again, although it will be more of my own diet type. I'll be sticking to a more healthy range of calories instead of cutting that at the same time as cutting carbs.
