feeling like I am stuffed...more and more in and less and less out or off. I need to break this stalemate. working on ideas. suggestions anyone?

Okay... 1/2lb in 6 days. Excellent. Are you eating "naughty foods"? It's Christmas time you know. I am indulging and will get back on track on the 1st. Change up your diet? Different exercises. Just tossing these ideas out. Tweak tweak tweak. Or sit back and enjoy the holidays but be cautious. Then get serious. Many of us have gone carb crazy to kick start our diets again. But you've got to splurge first.

Thank you for the ideas...I guess I am tweaking! I bought some fiber well gummies, protein bars and am upping my liquids. How are you doing on your 100 cookies?
