Today is the office Christmas Party and I splurged !!! Enjoyed some good food!

Holidays are tough to keep from going a bit overboard but for me the key is to stay on track with exercise ( haven't missed going to the gym in months! ) and try to pull the reins back with food consumption when satisfied.

Despite my food calendar entry for today I actually put a piece of cheesecake in the trash rather than eat it.
