13st.00, was 12st.12, but feel bloated and ill, so not sure what happened ??? I'll get in the 12's by the end of this week though ! ;-)
182.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
