Now getting onto 4 days of strictness after over-indulging at Christmas meal out and parties etc. Then will relax over Christmas and back onto strictness for a wee time after to just get back to comfortable weight.
Hope to get more exercise going on soon too. The weather has made it difficult to get as much walking in as I would have liked.
