A tablespoon of Honey before I go to bed.
Put honey in my coffee instead of Sweet and Low.
Eating what I want but cutting down on quantity.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
