Up again Down again LOL at least I broke my low point I'm just waiting to start gaining for TOM! I wish I didn't have to work but I close tonight so am working till 10 Yuck... hopefully I'll be busy and make money!
248.0 lb Lost so far: 69.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
