My scale is unreliable as heck, but this seems to be the reading most consistent with recent progress (scale varies about ten pounds depending on what part of the floor I place it as my apartment floors are not level...)
139.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
