I've felt good at 122-125, but 125 makes me a little nervous because I'm still working on firming my skin up. I've lost 30-35 lbs depending on whether I consider this past year, or past 2-3 years. I took a few days off from the gym, drank some beers, ate some carbs, and after a less-intense late-night gym workout than I'm used to, woke this morning at 118! WOWZA! haven't seen those numbers on my scale since jr. high school! Have built lean muscle with significant definition over the past 6-9 months especially, but continue to work on getting a rounder butt and losing the bit of saggy skin. Upper glutes: good! Lower sag, not so much. Still working :)
