Retirement lunch today. Almost missed the wod because I got violently ill from something (yesterday's hot sauce episode maybe?) and had to stop. Felt pretty terrible.

Max bench press. 85# Bleh. Why do I have so much trouble with this? I'm like an animal on so many others.

10min AMRAP 10 power cleans (65#) and 20 lunges. 5+24.
