I actually got a workout in last night, I huffed and puffed and got it done. Then after the workout I was coughing all night, I thought my lungs were mad at me for making them work harder. This morning though I woke up with a plugged head, but luckily no cough yet.

My son's Christmas program is tonight so no workout for me, but I'll try not to be too bad. My daughter's birthday is today too, so we might have a dessert after the program, but I'll try not to go overboard. I may be too tired to eat anyway. I'm hoping I can do another workout tomorrow evening though. For now I'm just taking things one day at a time and hoping for the best.
