Food ads should be against the law, like cigarette ads!!!

I spend most of my TV watching time on the food network so I have become kind of immune to food ads but those ones for the holiday chocolates do get to me.

I love the cooking channels and HGTV. Their ads are okay. I try not to dwell on the chocolate ads but a little dark chocolate is good for us. ;)

The fast food ones are the absolute WORST.

It's the "fresh baked" ads, especially the ones showing ooey-gooey, melty chocolate that are hitting hard! LOL!

Oh, and, as an aside, I think I may have lost the scary weight I logged last Thurs. I'll know for sure this Thurs.

I hope so, Sandy. This morning I was under 228. That' s 3 lbs down, but it may not look like that Thurs. That's the official weigh-in.

LOL! I'm very proud of myself. I just got home from the store with NO chocolate, NO feta cheese, NO almond butter, NO potato sticks, NO Nutella . . . in short, nothing I eat until it's ALL GONE!!!
