Added pure cocoa to my food plan each day for the anti-oxidant effects. Been keeping from mixing carbs and fats in the same meal to avoid the inevitable fat storage that takes place when insulin is high. Been eating a cup of Greek Yoghurt each evening with 2 oz nuts mixed in then set in freezer for 30-60 min. Great treat that is good for overall health, and doesn't add body fat if done on a relatively low carb plan. I'm now pretty consistently in the 30-75 grams net each day. That works out to 50-125 grams total with the 25-35 g fiber added in. My energy levels are high, and if it wasn't 10 deg F outside, I'd be out exercising. Want to start the Primal Blueprint method of exercise ASAP.
