I am feeling pretty good today. I lost another couple of pounds.I decided to have mini goals instead of looking at the bigger goal. For example I weighed 180 and my first goal was to just get below 180 (even if it was 179) and I have done that. So my next goal is to get under 175 and once I attain that...170 will be the goal.
