yesterday 12-3-2013 started atkins yet again at 230.4
I let myself GO completely stressed at work and just eating away,
I am disappointed I need to get back down to the 100's not sure why i always decide to do this around holidays but I really want to be down for our trip to mexico in Oct lets see how I do
228.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 71.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
