Good morning all! I'm back!

I stepped on the scale this morning, and realized, (much to my embaressment!) that I'd put back on 10 pounds during October and November!

So it's back to what I was doing before, and back to this online group.

I'm glad to be back. I never should have left.

190.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
