I've been doing the diet now for about 5 days. I think the first weight I had was too high by about 3 lbs. Ran into frustration today (Dec 15, 2010) when I seemed to gain weight even though I was well under my caloric and have been so for a number of days. I suspect the scale is the problem as the same scale said I lost 30 lbs last month.
