Well - can't seem to get back into healthy habits. Was doing fine until last weekend's trip to St. Louis. Obviously being on the road presents some unique challenges to eating (too much fast food and snacking!)
Unfortunately, I don't see the next couple weeks looking any better - I'm on the road again this weekend to Illinois for two family Christmases (which are just whole days of eating) and then come back and have surgery on Tuesday which will prohibit working out until mid-January.
May have to just aim for maintaining through the next month and hit it hard in 2011 - NOT happy with that plan.
