haven't started on hardcore level yet but losing weight nonetheless.
keeping tabs on my water intake. no soda and no eating after 8pm. guess those two challenges are already working.
i hope i really lose 10 lbs by january 5th.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
