Ughhh.... Scale went up a LB...I am sure from Thanksgiving..... or Rum! It was my very pregnant daughters first year hosting and cooking dinner and although I made a point of having very small servings, I chose not to be picky about carbs as she certainly worked hard and did a fabulous job. Busy few days with shopping but all is done!!!

UGHHH..... Totally forgot Wedding Cake tasting tonight with another daughter! Will certainly try to be super careful, however, this is a big deal for her so I will not abstain. Will it screw with the whole fat burning, I am sure it will BUT sharing this experience with with my girl means so much more.
