Bummed about my increase in weight. I was at 25 pounds lost and now am back to 26. 3 nights of going out for Holiday stuff will do that to you. It's not the food, it's the drinking! Same temptations coming up this week - hopefully I can stay on track better. I'm so close to One-derland!

If you have to drink, sip on a low carb mich ultra. I have done that a few times. I just don't weigh myself the next day. Your body will burn alcohol before fat, so it may slow you down a bit. Since I am a beer drinker normally, the taste isn't that strong, so I don't drink that much. You can also try vodka and diet coke. I have not , but heard thats what some low carbers do.
