I can't believe that I haven't lost any more weight. I am following this diet relgiously. I haven't eaten any white bread, flour, potatoes, pasta or rice in over 5 weeks, (except for once), I would kill for a nice big glass of cold milk. I am getting extremely discouraged. I am going next week to get my Thryoid checked, my nurse friend thinks it might be that! Anyway I'll keep on trucking. If anything I do feel better, no more heartburn, and I am sleeping better. Got to stay positive.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hey your doing amazing everyone stalls. I did for 21/2 weeks plus.... it started to come back off again. Take a deep breath and if you want the milk have a glass. it won't hurt you! (could you possible be coming close to that time of month?) or are you stressed with work that will do it to.

Weight stalling is so frustrating but stay the course & it will come off. I have also found that if I walk 30 minutes a day religiously that it really helps the weight melt off.

I've been at the same weight for 2 weeks now so I know where your coming from! LittleMamaMickey told me: "When I did Jenny Craig a few years back my consultant there told me that your body will stall at weights you have been at in the past for extended periods of time. That your body remembers those weights & feels comfortable there & it takes a little longer to trick your body out of it." Maybe that's what's happening to you too! I'm hoping that's my problem! I agree try adding some exercise, and have the milk just make it skim and limit to 2 cups per day.
