haven't been on a normal eating schedule or eating a whole lot the past week. my clothes seem a little baggier some days. may not be healthy. i don't know, but i'll post what i ate yesterday & weigh in when i get home.

EDIT: just what i thought. didn't eat enough yesterday. being poor, stressed and exhausted does that.
