Back in 'onederland' and it feels great. Now that I've caught up with the backsliding from last year's weight loss I'm ready to drop even closer to my ultimate goal!
199.4 lb Lost so far: 40.6 lb.    Still to go: 39.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
