I have been extremely sick and immobile at times and have not been able to get to the gym. I just was like....blah and just ate anything I wanted. It has not been good. In the past 3 months I have gained like 50 pounds. WOW!!!!! So not good. I have had so much emnotional and physical stress going on that I have not had the will power that I had in the start. Rest asssured...it is back and my journey WILL continue. I have not come this far to give up. I have had a little set back but I will get through this. "No weapon formed against me shall prosper! Isaiah 54:17"

290.0 lb Lost so far: 160.0 lb. Still to go: 100.0 lb. Diet followed poorly.

Hey, BooBooKitty! I love your name! Is it a Shirley Feeney reference, or is there something I don't know? I'm glad your back here! Stick to the site like glue -- that's what's been helping me! Just put your side blinders on and don't look back! Face forward. We all have a tough journey, but together it is so much easier!
