I feel like I have been trying so hard to get my 60 protein that I have shoved way too much food into me and too many calories. Today, I just stopped eating when I felt full and did not eat unless I was hungry...result was 300 calories less and just 20 protein down. I need to do a better job of evaluating my food intakes!! I feel better today than I have for a week or so.

Why not try the protein drinks. So many of them out there. My brand gives me 27g per scoop in water. Or 28 in almond milk.
