To say I'm following the Bill Phillips plan is only to say that I know what the plan entails. I haven't been following it at all. I can't seem to get myself past the initial couple of weeks that it takes to start forming a habit. I know the plan works because I've got my weight down to 190 before following the plan, but I can't seem to get myself following the eating plan or exercise plan.
