So, if I go by my weight from yesterday, I lost 7.6lbs for the 10lbs. by Thanksgiving. Am cheating, as I'm up 2lbs from yesterday. Funny how the body works when trying to lose that tenth of a lb. to take it to 171.?. Probably the 5 cups of coffee I had yesterday along with my ocean of water. But I did lose and very happy about it.

Diet Calendar Entry for 25 November 2013:
