Woah..weigh in today was spectacular. Shocked myself. I do have to remember that I cannot expect that much loss every week. There will be times that there will be no loss. It is a long long journey. I have to keep reminding myself of that. Lots to do today since yesterday was a lazy day. Have to shop for Thanksgiving dinner, laundry, housework and get that mile in before I hunker down for walking dead, talking dead and amazing race. I wonder if you burn more calories watching scary shows, comedies or dramas...hmmmmm. ;)
