Will continue raw whole food smoothies this week for most meals most days since I lose weight every day I do this and the weight begins to return every day I add regular meals.
229.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 44.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's going to happen. You will have to add regular foods back in slowly. Starting adding fruits and veggies in. You might do two shakes and then have a healthy dinner. That's the down side to losing weight with liquids. You can lose fast, and it can come back on faster. You just have to find a balance.
