I did not have a good food plan today, so I got hungry. Tomorrow I want to get up in time to make eggs and butter coffee before leaving for work.

Almost 5:00 pm, and I have a few errands to run, so I ate the only LCHF food in the office: cream cheese. Not that tasty without something added. Anyway, maybe that will satisfy me for now. I'm starting to feel a bit less hungry. Better drink the rest of my water, too.
