I felt so bloated today. Don't know what I ate to cause it. Yesterday's intake was a departure from the norm. At least I was able to get exercise in yesterday and today. In addition, all this snow removal is just extra calories going bye, bye! I have been tracking my progress long term at a 2 lbs per week pace, and my loss has just connected with the pace. (I am no longer ahead of the "curve") So i may not make 210 by Jan 9th. Not worried about it. i am still making progress every week, and that's what counts! (I would like to succeed in the 10 lbs by Christmas challenge, though!)
