Wow today I am officially down four pounds! I am so happy that I have found a plan that seems to be working for me..for the last year I've so hard to loose weight and now in less than a week I've lost four pounds, I could jump up and down with excitement...lol. Think I'll leave the jumping up and down out of the plan! :-)

160.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 7.0 lb a week

what plan have you found that is working? Congrats on the 4 lbs though and keep up the good work!

I'm using the Atkins low carb plan...right now on phase 1. It's pretty basic and simple but that is what I like as it's very easy for me to follow...just being aware of my net carbs now is making the difference. Also I have to keep the amount of calories in check, but right now I'm focused on the carbs.
