okay, here we go again. I know I can do this. I just need to make myself. I had a realization last night about how much I lost last spring on WW but when I stopped going to the meetings and using the online site (just too much money), I gained most of that weight back. That was 16 lbs I had lost. Twice the weight of my sweet Yorkie. Twice! Why did it take 5 months to realize that?! Can't afford to go back to WW and then I remembered Fat Secret! The online site an the Apps. That is what I need to keep up. That, and a good kick in the seat of the pants! Okay, Let's Do This!
