Hello Fat Secret! My day has been slow, and I've been lazy :/. I got a few hours rest last night thank goodness. Now I need to get started cleaning and disinfecting my kitchen (bugs me having a dirty kitchen) I seem to do this 4+ times a week. Tonight for dinner I'm making chicken wings/breast, green squash, boiled potatoes, and peas and carrots from fresh. I seem to have a lot of carbs with dinner tonight, but I also need to use these veggies (carbs or not) before they go bad. I don't like to waste food of any kind. Thinking about using the left over chicken to make a chicken wrap tomorrow for lunch, I'll make sure to add plenty of fresh veggies in that wrap also. I have absolutely fell in love with fresh spinach. I can eat it with anything, in an omlet, on a sandwich, as a salad, or plain as a snack lol. At least its a veggie with benefits and not a sugar snack. I need to really start working out, thought about making a pubic challenge so I will have something to motivate me into working out, I do better when challenged with something. But it won't let me make it a team challenge which is what I wanna do. I might have to contact FS about this and see if they can fix that problem for me. I hope everyone has a wonderful day/night.

You are keeping yourself busy! And your right not all carbs are the same. Do you steam your veggies? If you have a lot left over you can also make yourself some hearty soup that freezes very nicely. Take care and keep up the good work!
