I wasn't hungry when I woke up. I'm trying to experience a ittle (casually) with IF ... but really just not eating unless I'm hungry for it. I had some bulletproof coffee, skyped with Mom and Dad, got some good sermon-work done, and then took a really long (1 hour+) brisk walk. There were a couple of times that I ran, because I WANTED to run, I could feel that I needed it. Came back and fixed a massive (1000+ calorie) first meal. Now to tackle housework, walk the dog, finish the sermon? Feeling lots of energy!
